INTRODUZIONE Carissimi Lettori, è soprattutto merito Vostro se siamo giunti alla terza edizione di questo volume, simpatico e di facile consultazione. Utile per chi vuole trascorrere una serata in allegria, con la famiglia o con gli amici, mangiare una buona pizza ed abbinarla ad una fresca birra (io, me di persona, consiglierei la famosissima bionda Nastro Azzurro, per la sua eleganza, la sua fragranza, la sua digeribilità) oppure ad un buon bicchiere di vino, bianco o rosso che sia purchè esprima il massimo di sè e dia completa soddisfazione a chi lo beve. Ancora una volta non è stato un facile lavoro, nè per me nè per tutti i Collaboratori che hanno contribuito alla realizzazione di questa edizione, aggiornata ed arricchita. Non è stato facile selezionare con pazienza e pignoleria, paese per paese, oltre 2000 esercizi. Siamo consapevoli infatti, di non essere stati - nè potremmo esserlo - esaustivi. Tanti altri esercizi - per l'offerta di piatti di qualità, per il garbo dell'accoglienza, per il funzionale servizio - pur meritevoli di recensione non sono presenti. Certo, per nostra ignoranza, mai in mala fede. Ai "patron" di questi esercizi chiediamo perdono e li invitiamo ad aprire un dialogo diretto con noi, assicurando che "ripareremo" nelle prossime edizioni. We have wanted to offer you an easy and useful handbook for people who want to spend a happy evening with their family and friends having a good pizza and a fresh beer (I would suggest the famous "Nastro Azzurro" which is fragrant and digestible) or a glass of good wine; it doesn't matter if it is white or red, the most important thing is that it gives pleasure to those who drink it. It wasn't an easy work either for me and for my collaborators who worked for this third and revised edition. It wasn't easy to choose, select with patience and care over 2,000 restaurants. We know that we haven't listed all the Italian Pizzerie. Lost of them are not present because unfortunately, we don't know them. We beg the owners of those restaurants their pardon and we ask them to get in touch with us and we promise we will do our best in the following editions. [..] |
INTRODUTION Chers lecteurs et chères lectrices, je veux remercier parce que c'est grace à votre interet que ce manuel est arrivé à sa troisième édition. Ce livre est sympathique et facile; il peut etre utilisé par les gens qui veulent passer une soirée avec la famille uo les amis et gouter une bonne pizza avec une bière (je vous conseille un'élégante et digestible "Nastro Azzurro") ou un verre de vin blanc ou rouge qui peut donner beaucoup de plaisir à qui le boit. Ce travail n'a pas été facile pour moi et pour mes collaborateurs. Nous avons du choiisir avec patience et méticulisité plus de 2000 pizzerie. Beaucoup de restaurants ne sont pas présents ici parce que malheuresement nous ne les connaissons pas. Nous demandons pardon à leurs propriétaires. Parm consequence nous leur suggérons de nous contacter et nous ferons de nos mieux pour rémedier dans l'édition prochaine. [..] VORSTELLUNG Liebe Leser, ich mochte Euch fur das Interesse danken. Das ist Euer Verdienst wenn dieses Buch fur das dritte Mal Publiziert wird. Das eine einfaches und sympatisches Buch fur die Leute, die einem Abend mit der Familie und mit den Freunden verbringen wollen. Mit diesem Buch konnen sie eine gute Pizzeria auswahlen. Hier konnen sie eine gute Pizza mit einem roten oder weiBen Wein oder einem Bier probieren (ich empfehle ein Nastro Azzurro Bier, das elegant und verdaulich ist). Diese Arbeit war nicht einfach. Meine Mitarbeiter und ich muBten mehr als 2000 Restaurants mit Pflege und peinlicher Genauigkeit auswahlen. Wir wissen, daB wir nicht ausreichend gewesen sind aber wir wollen in den nachsten Auflagen zusammensetzen. Wir bitten die Besitzer dieser Restaurants um Verzeihung.
