"Sapore d'Italia" è come un grattacielo, la sua struttura portante è costituita da novanta ricette raccolte attraversando il Paese con l'attenzione dei viaggiatori di un tempo e la voglia di scoprire cibi, luoghi e abitudini poco conosciuti se non addirittura nascosti. Going from window to window, happy cities, important buildings, and splendid atmospheres will appear. Looking further afar he'll see centenarian olive trees looking like sculptures planted by history in the south of Italy, and stili providing very pure oil. "Taste of Italy" tells of rich food and simple fare, to be enjoyed on the street or under wonderful ancient arches. it also contains a couple of marker texts which are actually the authors' love letters to the readers. |
